I am responsible for global service management within DNV GL - Business Assurance. With my team of people we make sure that we have the right mix of services available to serve our customers. And at the same time, that we take care and govern the relevant accreditations.
My professional career started in the telecommunication sector. During the last 10 years I have held various operational management and project management positions. After joining DNV GL, I have had management positions in Benelux, UK and Sweden. I gained experience as quality auditor with telecom equipment producers and telecom providers. I have been the project manager of various larger projects such as implementation of our global CRM system. I’m interested in processes, quality and improving business performance.
